Fine art calligraphy commissions that will last lifetimes! I take great care to create these pieces as heirloom-quality and a fitting celebration of your thoughtful words. I offer several options and work with you to create a meaningful piece of art.
Custom Love Letters
Give the gift of a handwritten, heartfelt letter to someone you love: great for marriage proposals and wedding day gifts, anniversaries, and letters to a parent, child, or friend.
Calligraphy love letters start at $100 and go up in price depending on length; you can order one through my shop.
All love letters come with an envelope with the recipient’s name written on it, sealed with a red heart wax seal. There is also an add-on option to use antique paper that I have sourced from estate sales.
Custom Wedding Vows
Celebrate your marriage (or a friend’s!) with frame-worthy custom wedding vows, handwritten in beautiful script. These are highly customizable in nature and make thoughtful gifts for anniversaries. Quaker marriage certificates are also a great option for day-of wedding gifts that guests sign at the ceremony.
Price varies based on complexity (amount of text, other design elements, ink and paper colors, etc.). Please provide exact text and any design ideas/requests via email for a quote.
Framing is not included. For most projects, 140lb or 156lb archival watercolor paper is used. For color paper options, Canson Mi-Tientes paper is used (often with white ink).
I think there is simplistic beauty in calligraphy-only framed pieces. However, there are additional design options available: decorative art/illustration; watercolor details, metallic inks, custom ink colors and paper colors; special formatting/sizing, and more.

Custom Passages
These long-form, handwritten pieces can be anything from original poetry, public-domain book excerpts, song lyrics, favorite quotes, and family recipes.

- The materials used are all archival quality. Your heirloom piece will last for generations.
- Depending on your word count, I can advise on the best paper size for your piece.
- Please contact me for calendar availability. Typically, a minimum 2-week turnaround time is required, else a rush fee applies. The ability to do rush jobs depends on my availability.
- I love working with you to incorporate unique ideas and meaningful details. Together, we’ll create a vision for your custom piece, and I will keep you updated with drafts along the way.
- In most cases, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your project on the calendar. The remaining amount is due before project completion and shipping.
- Insured shipping worldwide is available, or local pickup, if applicable.
