Refunds and Returns
Due to the handmade and custom nature of the products Flower City Letters provides, no returns or refunds are accepted. The shop owner will work with the customer to ensure they receive the product and services they paid for, and any issues that arise due to the fault of the shop will be resolved on a case-by-case basis depending on the item/service purchased. Shipping
Everything from Flower City Letters is handmade, handwritten, and made to order. Because of the custom nature of these products, please give at least 3-5 days for processing/drafting time (some items may have processing times of up to two weeks, as stated in the product descriptions). Depending on the item purchased, shipping can take 2-8 days.
All perfume/cologne engraving has to be shipped via USPS Ground shipping, which can take 2-8 days after processing time.
All other items are shipping via USPS Priority Mail, which can take 2-3 days after processing time. Expedited shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact elaina@flowercityletters.com if interested.
